Speculation is rife after the news that the Ivory Coast and Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has been left out of Chelsea’s team to tour China that he could be on his way out from Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile Chelsea has insisted that Drogba has been left behind to undergo further treatment for a knee injury. However it is feared that his omission could result in his transfer during the course of this week.

Manager Luis Felipe Scolari has insisted that the star striker is very much part of his plans for the up – coming season.

Also staying behind are Tal Ben Haim, Claudio Pizarro and Juliano Belletti.
