LONDON (SW) – Arsenal’s manager Arsene Wenger has signed seventeen year old Francis Coquelin from Laval in the French third division.

Coquelin is no stranger to The Emirates Stadium as he was on trial with the Gunners last season.

It is believed that there was no fee attached to the transfer.

Arsenal have already signed Aaron Ramsey from Cardiff City for ₤5 million and the French International from Olympique Marseilles Samir Nasri for approximately ₤11 million.

Amaury Bischoff from Werder Bremen and Gareth Barry from Aston Villa could be the next signings.
